2023-2024 住房 Selection Information
Rising Sophomore & Rising Junior 住房 Selection Important Dates:
- February 27 to March 27th, 2023:
- 住房 Agreement & Roommate Matching/Group Formation live on StarRez Portal
- 有限责任公司 & Language House Applications open via StarRez Portal
- April 5-6, 2023: Apartment Selection
- April 11, 2023: 有限责任公司s & Language House Room Selection
- April 12-14, 2023: Returning Student Room Selection
For accommodations:
- If you would like to request disability-related housing accommodation via the Office of 可访问性 Resources, 联系 accessibilityresources@gilestownandcountry.com to complete a request by 2023年3月1日. 学生 will need to meet with an 可访问性 Resources staff member and provide appropriate documentation. 学生 approved for an accommodation via 可访问性 Resources will receive notification of placements by March 20, 2023.
- If you would like to request religious/spiritual housing consideration or accommodation via the Chaplain’s Office, please 联系 chaplainsoffice@gilestownandcountry.com 不迟于 2023年3月3日. During the process, students will need to meet with staff from the Chaplain’s Office. 学生 approved for religious/spiritual consideration and accommodation will receive notification of placements by April 1, 2023.

2022-2023 住房 Timeline & Important Dates
Spring Break Information
Spring Break begins at the end of Block 6 on March 22, 2023. The residence halls will close on Thursday, 3月23日, 2023 @ noon and reopen for students on Sunday, 4月2日, 2023 @ 8am. We will send out an access form closer to spring break for you to fill out, similar to the fall & winter break forms. As a reminder, we will conduct health & safety room inspections of all residential spaces during the spring break time period. There is no additional charge to remain on campus. All students in campus housing wishing to remain on campus for any portion of spring break must complete this form. This includes all residential halls, small houses, apartments and cottages.
As a reminder, for all break periods, there may be a reduced level of services on campus. Front Desk and 餐厅 hall hours are subject to change and will be shared with students when available.
Please also mark your calendars for Spring 2023 Move out-- The residence halls will close to on Thursday, 5月25日中午. If you are a senior participating in graduation, the residence halls will close on Monday, 5月29日中午.
